Growing Old? New Exercise Quickly Restores Long Lost Muscle and ...

Columbus, OH, July 18, 2012 ?(PR.com)? Next week, a new fitness trainer's manual from the engineer that created Body Oars?, Craig Wise (Google "world's greatest workout device"), will be released.

One chapter includes about a half dozen newly designed, ultra-efficient (only stress muscle) "cardio" exercise methods.

These exercises were developed by applying the sciences that structural engineers use to strengthen building, bridge and crane designs, to strengthen the human body instead.

The continuing goal of this study, that started twelve years ago, is to uncover as many ways possible to directly oppose muscle contractions without forcing joints and vertebrae to oppose the muscles, as virtually every traditional muscle building and cardio exercise does.

His new manual contains about 50 of the easiest high muscle exertion variations for almost anyone to do. They all bypass bones vertebrata and joints, making them extremely effective for over 90% of the population, at any age.

Of all the cardio exercises in this new manual however, only one requires nothing beside chest deep water, and its called the "Robot."

Wise explains why he so confidently says this Robot is "the second greatest cardio workout the human body can do," because he has developed another that involves even more muscle, but that one also requires body attached equipment while you can do his Robot in your birthday suit.

"The Robot is over 90% efficient at using motion resistance to only hinder muscle contractions, so it works instant wonders for healthy older people who have lost a step or two. By comparison, running, is around 5% efficient at motion resistance only hindering muscles, as bikes can reach about 20%. "

This morning Wise posted a free, two minute video of him teaching the Robot at buildinginwater.com, or BBIW.org.

If you need one extremely potent cardio exercise, that strengthens almost every muscle from your finger tips to your toes, in about 10 minutes a day, without harming your joints or spine, watch the video, then just add water.
